Refund Policy

Failed generations

One credit is reserved when a signed-in user starts a generation. If the provider reports that the generation failed, Bulin 47 AI automatically returns that credit to the account. A returned generation credit is not a cash refund.

Credit-pack refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase when none of the credits in that pack have been used. Credits that have been used, transferred, promotional, or expired are generally not refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional processing time after the refund is issued.

No subscription or automatic renewal

All current products are one-time credit packs. We do not automatically renew or charge a recurring subscription.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

Contact support promptly if you see a duplicate charge or believe a payment was unauthorized. Include the account email, payment date, amount, and Stripe receipt or order number. Do not send full card details.

How to request a refund

Use the Contact page and submit the request from the email address associated with your Bulin 47 AI account. We may ask for information needed to locate and verify the order.

Provider and legal rights

Stripe processes card payments, but Bulin 47 AI decides service refund eligibility. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
